Looking for another female - double room in house

A bright and spacious room is available in my warm and welcoming home, just a short walk from the beautiful Albert Park. I'm a live-in landlord looking to rent out a spare room to a friendly, tidy, and considerate person for a longer-term stay.

You’d be sharing the space with one other lodger - a 25-year-old female who’s easygoing and respectful. I’m 39 and live here too, along with my two cats. However, I’m planning to split my time between here and my partner’s place in Somerset, and the cats will be moving there permanently soon.

We all get along well in the house. We occasionally share meals or baked goods, but we’re respectful of each other’s time and mostly do our own thing. It would be lovely to find another kindred spirit who fits in well.

I don’t mind the occasional visitor, but I’d prefer not to have people over too frequently, so please keep that in mind.

About the home:

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, side table and chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking, and you're welcome to use any of the appliances, utensils, or crockery available.

There is street parking available

You'll be sharing the bathroom with one other person as the other room has an en suite.

Excellent bus links: direct routes to Oxford and Didcot within a 2-minute walk; more frequent services available from a stop 10 minutes away

All bills included: Council Tax, Gas & Electricity, Water, TV Licence, and Broadband (usually ~£150 per person)
