Bedroom overlooking the garden and park on the first floor of a clean and spacious house opposite Boxhill Park and a 4 min walk to the bus stop for frequent buses to Oxford. The house is also a 5 - 10 minute walk to the center of Abingdon with cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. The house has ample free street parking and benefits from fibre-optic high speed broadband Wi-Fi. There is a shared bathroom, living room, garage, garden, kitchen and use of cooking facilities, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
I live on my own but work away a lot. I am looking for a professional who is clean and tidy and to make use of my spare room.
