My sister and I are looking for a long term tenant within our large 3 Bedroom rental house in Appleton Village, preferably until the end of our tenancy in August 2027. Professionals only, No students.
A spacious downstairs bedroom is available which is currently furnished with a single bed and wardrobe. The room is large enough for a double bed if preferred (double bed not provided), with immediate access to the garden. Property has a communal living room/kitchen and large garden with both a downstairs WC and upstairs bathroom. Washing machine and tumble dryer included.
Rent is £700pm which includes bills (water/electric/WIFI and council tax). Council Tax Band: D
Tenant needs to be happy to live with 3 small dogs (2 Pomeranian X and 1 Dachshund) which can be a little noisy from time-to-time but are generally well behaved. And there is strictly no smoking inside the property (garden is fine).
Appleton is a great location for commuters within the Oxford/Abingdon area as it is roughly 4 miles from Abingdon and about a 25 minute drive to Oxford City Centre with a bus service that also runs through the village. The village also has a great pub with lots of social events such as bingo, quiz nights in addition to an outdoor cinema during the summer months. There is also a small community shop for essentials.
