To live here you will need a car and there is plenty of parking across the road. The house is 10 minutes to Witney, 15 minutes to Brize Norton, 20 minutes to Burford, 25 minutes Shrivenham, 35 minutes to Oxford.
My preference is to offer this room to a professional female who works in and around Oxfordshire. I would prefer a person who goes out to work rather than working from home.
Although I don't have any pets of my own, I do look after a couple of friendly dogs from time to time and my neighbour's cat has free range of the house. They all seem to find my home very welcoming.
