Description
The house is an 18th century stone cottage as part of main building on a small estate in Aynho.
The two housemates currently are Rob (Mechanical Engineer, 31) and Olivia (Sales Manager, 28) looking for another housemate to share this unique place with. We think you'd get on well here if you:
- Like the occasional house party
- Like the outdoors (there are lakes, a pool & a tennis court we can use)
- Like the odd intellectual conversation
- Consider yourself to be a clean and tidy person!
If you came to live here, you would be added on the contract with the Letting Agent and pay the deposit etc.
Bills come to around £100pcm each on average, and we have a cleaning rota for the communal areas.
