This house would suit professional working people Aged 18 - 35. The existing housemates are all sociable working professionals.

Everyone is a working professional in full time permanent positions, most are in first jobs out of uni or an internship supporting studies. Working 9-5, people like to keep active and exercise in the mornings or evenings. Most people go away for the weekends to visit friends or on trips. But also hang out locally down the pub or with a beer in the back garden.
