This studio has been designed with you in mind. It is connected to one of our larger house shares but is fully self-contained with its own front door. You will have use of a stunning recently refurbished kitchen with a fridge freezer and cooking station, a microwave, dining table and chairs and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a washer-dryer, which you will have full use of. All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by OX Living! The living area is open plan and included is a double bed, two bedside tables, desk and chair, chest of drawers, double wardrobe and shelving unit. There is also a living area with a TV and the shower room is separate from the studio and located downstairs. ALL bills included (apart from council tax) no hidden fees!! Parking is available on the large driveway.

NO TRADITIONAL DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
