We are a friendly couple looking to share our home with a single person. We have a large double sized furnished bedroom with a new double bed and mattress a large double wardrobe, a bedside cabinet and tallboy.

The spacious bathroom is shared which has a shower, bath and toilet, also there is a downstairs toilet for convenience.

The downstairs living area is open plan and freshly decorated, the kitchen and dining area are very spacious with plenty of storage, and has all the accessories that you would expect from a modern kitchen, and you will also have use of your own full sized fridge freezer. The kitchen leads out to a lovely garden area which is private and enclosed.
