THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. You’ll have use of a stunning kitchen, with two cooking stations, a washing machine and dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space and a breakfast bar. There is also a living area with multiple seating. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided by us and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living. There is a lovely back garden with a shed as well as a driveway for parking. Further street parking available nearby.

The room comes fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a double bed. You will have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills included no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
