Double Bed
Wardrobe
Extensive worktable and shelves
An enormous mirror with own lighting
Decorational Details
Any of these furniture can be removed on request in case you have yours

I like people with good energy and it is important for me to have people positive vibe in them. It is also very important that my tenants are clean and tidy.

All the bills are included. Couples are welcome and pets could be okay. Both Females and Males are welcome however I expect good manners between all my residents.
