THE PROPERTY 🏡
The house has been completely refurbished and has a large kitchen with two cooking and sink stations, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and a small breakfast bar. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied. There is a laundry room with free use of washing machines and dryers. There is also a spacious separate living room and TV area in the garden annexe. Communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. Street parking is available at the front of the house and storage in the garden!!

THE ROOMS 🛌
The rooms are fully furnished, including a double bed, double wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a desk and chair. You will also have a private en-suite bathroom. ALL bills are included in the rent, no hidden fees!

NO DEPOSIT OPTION 💰
We now offer a no deposit option, minimizing the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.

It is in a great location on Warwick Road, in the heart of Banbury, next door to the town centre and the train station being a 5-minute walk away. There are great transport links with regular trains to London and Birmingham and there is easy access to the M40.
