We are on one of the friendliest streets in Banbury, near both the park, public pool, gym, and a 15 mins walk from Banbury station, with twice-hourly trains to London and connections and frequent connections to Oxford, Reading, Birmingham, and Manchester.

Just beyond the kitchen, with a separate fridge and virtually soundproof, your room would be a large double that opens onto an approx. 36-metre garden with additional shed storage.

The kitchen is shared and fully stocked as we love to cook.
There is a separate dining and living area that you are encouraged to use to watch TV or enjoy the fireplace.

Finally, all bills including wifi and streaming t. v. are included.
