Double room with en-suite in very friendly house

Welcome to our home!
For rent is a second floor double room with en-suite in my three storey town house.
Currently has three housemates but one is moving back home so his room is up for rent.
The room: good sized double room with built in wardrobe, en-suite with nice clean and modern shower, toilet and sink.
The house: Utility room with washing machine.
Front room upstairs with
Recently re fitted kitchen with open communal layout. The house is only 18 years old so warm and clean. Decent size garden with communal seating and decking area with bbq spot.
Current housemates work in gardening and management and are polite, welcoming and communal.

You: we’d like someone who’s a happy friendly person. You don’t have to spend every second with us though. As long as you know how a hoover works and can clear up after yourself then we are happy.

We will be interested in meeting any potential housemate prior to getting the room, we all have to make sure we can get along hey ☺️

On street parking, Town is a 40 min walk.
Good commuter location to london and Oxford
