Fabulous Lodger Wanted

This is a friendly, chilled household currently occupied by 2 professional, female landladies with cats, dogs & degus looking for someone to share our home. Animal lovers welcomed with open, fluffy arms. Double, furnished room available for single person shared kitchen, bathroom, lounge, garden & bike shed. Parking available on street. Usual mod cons; central heating, power shower, underfloor heating, w/machine, t/dryer, wireless broadband. We are a relatively quiet household apart from when; the god children are visiting, it's dinnertime, walkies, rugby season, Question Time or X-Factor! I don't do much pubbing or clubbing anymore, unless it's a blue moon, Monday to Thursday are early mornings & early nights nowadays.... The DEPOSIT is made up of £350 security deposit and first month's rent in advance. References are required and I am unable to accept housing benefit claimants.
