The rooms are ideal for professionals, being a 15 minute walk to Banbury train station (for frequent trains to London, Oxford and Birmingham), Banbury town centre and Morrisons. There is parking available on the street in front of the house overlooking the canal - as the estate is self enclosed there are spaces.
The double room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table/laptop desk & a wardrobe. There is an adjacent shower room/toilet next to the bedroom on the top floor landing which no other resident will realistically use.
The single room is furnished with a single bed, a chest of drawers, dressing table/laptop desk & a wardrobe. The bathroom is adjacent to this room, and this again isn't used by either myself or the person in the double room.
Both rooms have spare space inside, I have not had to squeeze the furnishings in - nobody wants to live in a room wheres there's space for the bed and nothing else.
The rent is inclusive of the utility bills, broadband and council tax. You will have use of the shared bathroom on the 1st floor, shower room on the 2nd floor as well as the kitchen, living room, loo on the ground floor and the garden.
I am looking for lodgers who I will find easy to get on with, will take care of the room and help keep it clean. I work full time and split my time between working from home and heading to to the office, and most of my free time is spent playing Hockey or meeting up with friends for a pint or two. There may be things I organise in which I will ask you you please be quiet for, and hopefully others which you will be most welcome to attend! I will let you know in good time for both.
