Double Room with Parking - bills incl

Furnished double room (minus bedding) with plenty of storage, and mostly exclusive use of one of he bathrooms. The house itself is newly built council band D, with 3 bathrooms (one on each floor), and a good size living room and kitchen/dinner. There are a secure back-garden and a drive out back with a dedicated parking space.
The rent is bills inclusive and I can be a bit flexible on the start date.

The house is a 3 miles from the train station, town centre and Horton General. As well as 30 mins from Oxford.

I am after a tidy housemate who will keep their dedicated areas clean and tidy. I also commute to work and as such would prefer for my housemate to be quieter during the weekdays.
