I am a working professional that have let out my spare room for a few nights during the week.
I'd like someone to stay from Sunday night to Thursday night.
The spare room doesn't have an EnSite but has the use solely of the main bathroom, I use the EnSite in my room.
I'm concidering letting the room monthly, so that rate would be £560/month.
I'd prefer office professionals, no builders or dirty professions. I had a bad experience with mess so sorry if I offend.
