Hallway leading to living room and kitchen.
Modern wet room with shower only.
Double bedroom (bed is 3/4 size) with wardrobe and drawers.

Looking for tenant Mon-Friday only ideally but not essential.
must like dogs!

My dogs are friendly and have 24 hour access via dog flap onto patio area so you will see them daily they are cocker spaniels.

I am living and working full time in the house adjoining the annexe.

Utilities and internet bills included in rent.
