Double room shared facilities

We have a lovely modern family home in Hardwick down a nice quiet cul-de-sac. The master bedroom is furnished and available to rent. Plenty of built in wardrobe space. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Fully equipped kitchen including tumble dryer, expresso machine, dishwasher etc etc. Lovely quiet garden, we are within walking distance to shops.

You must be a cat lover as we have 4 cats.
We have superfast broadband.
Currently two sisters live at property, one who is quiet and stays in her room, the other is outgoing and loves a drink at the end of a hard week.
A female would be preferred.

Please note-
The bedroom lights require rewiring so they don’t work currently. However you can use table lamps/floor lamps. (Hence low rent).
