2 large double rooms available in a new build sharing a bathroom with 1 other person.

Will only be 3 people living in the house

Looking for professional people, students considered but is generally a quiet house. Work most days and weekends so not home very often, only evenings really and normally in my room.

Plenty of parking on the street and beside the house.

No smoking in the house but don’t mind smokers.
