Going to be honest in this bit, I’m a 30 year old male, looking for a house mate similar in age and interests, , male or female, I have no preference. I’m pretty easy going, and would be cool if you having visitors and I may consider pets, provided they were well behaved and house trained. I am a musician (clue in the lounge photo) and sometimes have band practice at home, but not during unsociable hours. After a long week working, I usually go out for a few beers on a Friday or Saturday, and sometimes have a few mates round after for drinks, catch up and to listen to music. You’d be welcome to join us, but just wanted to let you know about that. Clearly we’d be considerate of you were home, sleeping. Otherwise, you’ll find the place calm and peaceful. You would need to be clean and tidy, and definitely wash up after cooking. I would expect to share the cleaning including the bathroom, including the toilet, and hoovering. I don’t have a dishwasher, but will provide marigolds and washing up liquid if needed. 😊 I’m mad about music, any genre but rock and metal are at the top of that list. Other interests, comedy.. love Ricky Gervais, top films Lord of the Rings trilogy (obviously), but again really enjoy a good movie if I’m not gaming on my PS, at work, playing guitar, at an open mike night in Banbury.
