The house has the capacity to have a 4th bedroom downstairs. At the moment the downstairs rooms are a dining room and reception room but they can easily be split if needed.

The house is compliant to hmo standards with fire doors to rooms. Bedrooms have separate locks.

Bills are not included and would need to be arranged between the house sharers.
