Small Double (Mon-Fri)

Hi! Thanks for stopping by our ad.
We’re a professional couple in our late 30’s. We live with 2 smallishcockapoo’s and 2 outdoor rabbits. We work locally and would like to rent out our small double room from Monday to Friday. 1 month minimum and 3 month maximum (this part is negotiable).

We’re looking for a professional female that is easy going but takes pride in where she lives. Must like dogs and be happy to hear a little noise around the house from time to time.

The room has a small double bed and a desk with 2 shelves. We can add a small chest of drawers. The room will have access to its own bathroom but this is not an en-suite.

The house has ample free parking outside.

The room is available from the 1st December. The room will not be available from the 23rd December to 1st January and rent will not be charged for that time.

We’d like 2 references and a meet & greet before anything is confirmed and agreed.
