A recently renovated double room is available in our friendly home in Easington, Banbury - very close to Horton Hospital/Sainsburys. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, good quality mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. Refurbishment included upgraded insulation so it’s nice and toasty.

Located on the ground floor, the room has easy access to a WC on the same floor. The house has one shared bathroom (with shower/bath) and generous shared spaces, including a large kitchen-diner and a spacious living room with TV.

You’ll also have access to a large garden, outdoor home gym, fast Wi-Fi (gigabit internet), and parking (plus bike storage in the garage). Additionally, a cleaner comes once a week to do main living areas. The nearest bus stop is less than a minute’s walk away, Banbury town centre is around 20 minutes on foot, and the train station is under 10 minutes by car.

You’ll be sharing with a professional couple (both Christian) and our friendly indoor housecat, so the home is best suited to a tidy, considerate, friendly, and professional lodger.
