Firstly this is a SINGLE room with a single bed!! Not a double. All inclusive of bills and wifi. Off road parking. Garden.
You will be sharing with me and my other lodger who is quiet and keeps himself to himself.
Hygiene is a must and cleaning up after yourself, essential. No drunks or junks with addiction issues. This ain't the place for you!
Located in Cherwell Heights, 10mins walk to trainstation, morrisons, Sainsbury's. 5mins Co Op.
I work away in the arts and would like to leave the place in the hands of responsible adults that i can trust hence the reflection of rent.
You need to be in work. English speaking household.
No pics atm as I am abroad. Can arrange viewing as of 3rd May onward. Over whatsapp or in person. Will update as and when. Any questions welcome. If you don't hear from me , please don't pester as I have deemed you unsuitable for whatever reason.
