Spacious Double room with garden

The place is about 8min drive from train station and there is a bus stop just next to the house. Location is pretty close to supermarkets, pure gym and shopping centre.
As live-in landlord, I work long hours starting early in the mornings. I am a vegetarian, can speak Hindi and Nepali fluently.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a bed-side table. All the property related bills(Gas, electric, water, council tax and Wi-Fi)are included as well. The kitchen is quite spacious, includes microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.
