The house is at the town end of Grimbsbury so only 5 mins walk to station and short walk to town.
We are very relaxed sociable people and looking for the same to join us in the house.
Smoking is permitted outside.
There is also a cocker spaniel called Snoop who lives in the house. So must like dogs as he's very friendly!
The room itself is a great size with plenty of space.
