Single room in quiet shared professional house.

We’re looking to rent out a single, furnished room in a house not far from the train station and M40 junction. Professional, non smokers only, please. Bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room are shared. There’s parking & a lockable shed, should you have a bike. There are three of us in the house at the moment. We’re reasonably quiet living and would appreciate someone who would respect our home & be reasonably tidy - though we're not perfect ourselves! We have no pets. Broadband is available. Rent of £95 a week includes bills & MUST be paid by direct debit. A two week deposit is required. Please feel free to ask any questions.
