Single Room in Lovely Fun House

We are a small family of three, with a three year old son living in a nice, quiet part of Cherwell Heights, Banbury. We are both in full-time work with our son going to nursery. Our evenings and weekends consist of chilling out, having fun, going out...
The room is a good sized single room, we can furnish it, or leave it unfurnished. A large living, dining, kitchen space and utility room leading into the garage.
We do have two Degus (small Chilean chinchilla-type animals) downstairs).
Big garden outside with additional storage space if needed. Parking available at the front. Local transport: good bus and train links throughout.
Shops: row of local shops 2 minute walk away, large supermarkets 2 minutes drive away. Walking distance from Horton Hospital.

We would be happy to have students, working professionals requiring a room during the week or those who need accommodation for hospital visits/placements/shifts.
