Very Large Double Room

I have a very large Double room full of natural light available to rent.
The room is in a beautiful 3 bedrooms Victorian house in a perfect location only a few minutes walk from the town center.
The room is strictly for single occupancy only.
The room has a king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, desk/bookshelves, chest of drawers, WIFI, etc.
The room is on the second floor and it retains privacy as it is the only room on that floor.
The bathroom, kitchen, and living room areas are to be shared, there will be 3 friendly professional flat-mates in total in the house.
The house has all the comfort facilities needed.
Everything is brand new there is a lovely kitchen and bathroom, new boiler, washing machine, dryer, etc. The place is clean and welcoming.
The house has a garden.
There is plenty of parking space outside the house, free and straightforward.
The rooms would suit better a professional, responsible, and friendly person, an individual interested in living in a peaceful clean lovely home ideally for the long term.
Please note, this is NOT a 'party house', it is a home with very considerate flatmates.
I am looking ONLY for considerate individuals that understand and respect the common-sense rules of living in a shared home and for people interested in living in a very clean home and maintaining as such.
Strictly No pets, No parties, No smoking, etc.
Ideally, for a professional busy with his/her life that works full time but that could also get along together with the other flatmates.
I don't mind male or female, Italian and English would be preferred to match with current flatmates however any nationality would be welcome as long as a sensible respectful friendly individual. Someone that will stay at least a year ideal and/or a minimum of 6 months.
The Room is available from the 1st of June. Long-term let preferred.
