Large double sized room in lovely victorian house for a single non-smoking young professional sharing with a group of young people with various professions There are actually two bathrooms in the house as well as two kitchens so each would be shared by two others only. There is also a shared lounge, a dining area and outside a pleasant garden and there is parking available in the street outside, but its only five minutes walk down to the town so you dont really need a car! The town centre, supermarkets and nightlife are all just a few mins walk away, and it is well situated for the hospital and banbury cross. Broadband is available and is set up by one of the other housemates if you wish to share the cost. Council tax, gas and main electricity bills are included in the rent. The other housemates are a friendly bunch who do all know each other and all get along, but they are not looking for a party animal please.
