One large room to rent in a friendly shared

The room is a large room and is well presented and has a very pleasant outlook on a tree lined street.
I am looking for a single, non smoking, professional person of a happy disposition willing to socialise with the rest of us. It is close to town and supermarket and is in a nice quiet area of town. In the house there is a power shower and a guest room. No overnight friends without permission and not a on a regular basis. Otherwise few rules and friendly.
