Double room available for rent at £650

We are a married couple who have been renting our home out for quite a while. We have two well behaved dogs.

We are offering a double room, double bed, fitted wardrobe, spacious chest of drawers, mirror, study desk with a chair and laundry bin.

There is a bathroom with a double separate shower, corner bath.

Downstairs there is a cloakroom in the hall where there is a shoe cupboard.

In the kitchen you have a cupboard, a shelf in the fridge, the freezer. There is plenty of saucepans, frying pans etc, an air fryer. There is a cupboard of cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, knives and forks etc.

There is a big conservatory where there is a table to eat, two sofas to relax.

Outside in the garden we have a big table with comfortable chairs and cushions.

There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. The tumbler dryer is in the conservatory, which you are welcome to use at anytime.

We keep the living room for our own personal space. There will be no over night guests.

All of the biils are included in the monthly rate excluding the landline and there is free wifi.

We live on a quiet cul-de-sac road. There is space for a car outside our house.
At the end of our road there is a field which leads onto a footpath which has a lovely walk. The footpath has a gravel path and after 20 mins if you choose to you can walk on a canal path and often see some boats. Or go straight on and walk across the train line to Kidlington. You will often meet dog walkers or just walkers. Or you can go on a circular walk. There is a stream along the footpath.

From our house by foot it takes 10-15 mins to walk to the bus stop to the S3 which goes into Oxford twice an hour.

There is a train that goes to London and other places from Parkway. About 2 miles from our house.

Garage space for 1 bike.
