A large shared kitchen – cook to your heart's content, and a conservatory lounge with a projector – perfect for binge-watching. We love the cinema.
A beautiful garden with a BBQ, outdoor fireplace, and gazebo – perfect for summer chilling (it's always back after winter, at least we hope).

We’re a Russian-speaking couple with a teenage daughter (16) and an amiable, very fluffy English Springer Spaniel. Our daughter would feel more comfortable sharing the bathroom with another female, so we’re ideally looking for a female student.

Love dogs? That’s a bonus! If you can help us keep an eye on our fur baby when we’re away (every few months), we’re happy to offer rent discounts in exchange for a bit of dog-sitting. 🐾
