Sunny ensuite double room

This bright, sunny room is in a family home, a friendly and welcoming environment.
There is a double bed, wardrobe and small desk and chair in the room with a lovely view from the window and small en-suite.
We are a female household (youngest is a teenage - no young children) and therefore prefer for another female to rent (single, no couples).
We have a driveway with space for a car and a large garden to enjoy.
This is an organised house and I’m looking for a like minded person to let the room - someone quiet, clean and considerate. There is an open plan kitchen with table and chairs as well as a dining room available for use too.
Room available from 22/4/25 at £700 including bills (council tax is band F).
We are 5 minutes walk from bus stop that takes 20 minutes into Oxford or 5 minutes to Woodstock on the S3 bus route. The Kidlington Oxford airport is nearby and there is a nice walk through the fields to Kidlington town centre. Any questions please just ask.
