Spacious double bedroom available

I'm looking for a lodger, I have a large comfortable double room available. The room is carpeted and furnished with double bed, bed side table, desk/chair, wardrobe and clothes rail, Ikea bouncy armchair, shelf unit, TV and chest of drawers. I also include lamp, laundry basket and airer. Bed linen and towels can also be provided.

The house has one bathroom with electric shower over bath, WC, and sink. Plus there is a downstairs WC/sink.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ample cupboard space is available for your food. Electric hob and oven. Washing machine. Fridge/freezer. There is a dining room for your use too.

I have a cleaner come every week who covers all communal areas and will clean room upon request.

There is just myself living here, as a busy professional I generally prefer a quiet household, but I am easy going and don't have any crazy house rules! I enjoy gym classes and running, watching movies, cooking shows and geeky documentaries!

The location is a quiet residential street with ample street parking. The S3 bus into Oxford - Chipping Norton, runs from the end of the road (2 min walk), this runs frequently and into evenings and weekends and takes ~20mins into city centre. There also storage space for a bicycle.
