Nice room with own bathroom

The house is semi-detached with a larger than average garden and a garden room as well as the living room and a kitchen diner. You would have exclusive use of the main bathroom. I have a dog who is very good natured. Generally I am never there Mondays and Tuesday's (away Monday nights). There is an outside table for 6, BBQ, awning and hammock. EV Charge point if needed. The local recreation area is 20 feet from the front door and views out front of the Wittenham Clumps. No through road with zero traffic (1 neighbour to the left but then road ends). Easy walk to Benson Marina and village where there are bus services to Oxford, Reading, Henley and Wallingford. I am easy going , love to cook but also often out for large chunks of time at the weekends playing golf.
