Double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers, washing machine available and use of kitchen. Room is in a bungalow, near to shops, in a quiet no through lane, plenty of parking on driveway. 2 friendly cats also live here. Smoking permitted in conservatory or garden but not in the house.
