The barn was built in 1825 and converted in 1989. It is one of a several surrounding a shared courtyard and communal gardens, which are maintained by gardeners weekly. The barn has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms and a 45 foot open plan sitting and dining room with exposed beams.

About me:
I am a 47 single male working for the University of Oxford during the day and when I am back in the evening I tend to cook and then keep to myself. 2-3 nights a week I do not get back until after midnight.

Please note:
I have a cat (see pictures) so any lodger will have to be OK with that. He tends to live outside during the summer months and in my room during the winter months.

The property is situated half way between Benson & Ewelme. It is a 3-4 minute walk to the bus stop for Wallingford, Oxford or Henley. If driving, it is a 15 minute drive to Didcot and a 30 minute drive to Reading.
