12th century manor house private accommodation

The room is on the top floor (up 2 flights of stairs!)It is a good size bed sitting room with good views . It is tastefully decorated and has a 4ft very comfortable bed, sofa, table, chairs storage . It has an ensuite bath room with shower with underfloor heating. Very private. Use of a second kitchen as well as a large kitchen with aga. Beautiful gardens and in easy walking distance of village and shops. Ideal for professional working on short contract in the area. Excellent bus service to Oxford or Reading. Very environmentally friendly. Looking for someone of similar thinking. Free veggies and fruit from the garden when in season. Good wifi connection.
As a family we have lived here for 30 years . I do B/B on a separate floor. The top floor has the spare suit and my adult daughter's room so is very private. I teach Alexander Technique and Pilates and my daughter is a musician working from home. We also have a German Shepherd but is kept in the back of the house if dogs aren't your thing! Very Covid aware and have the certificate from visit England. Lots of space for distancing and all have independent space.
