3 miles to Culham Campus, 6.5 miles to Abingdon, 8.4 miles to Oxford, 7.6 miles to Didcot, 6.2 miles to Wallingford. Regular X40 buses to oxford city centre every 20-30 minutes, taking appx 40 minutes. Same regularity X40 buses to Wallingford, taking appx 20 minutes. Number 45 buses to Abingdon and Culham Campus. Shared fully furnished office room also available. Can be used for WFH with potential charge for extra energy use. Otherwise energy, water, internet, and council tax bills are included.

I'm an electrical engineer, so I'm at work throughout the week. I would be a live in landlord. So I would expect priority use of office and living room. Application would be through video call or in person. This will be our chance to see if we're a good fit.

Looking for a single lodger: respectful, considerate, sociable, speaks fluent English. And confirmed good credit, no criminal history, good references, with the right to rent in the UK.

Would consider full time or working week for proportional rent.
