1 Room for rent in semi-detached house. Located in the quiet village of Berinsfield.

3 miles to Culham Campus, 6.5 miles to Abingdon, 8.4 miles to Oxford, 7.6 miles to Didcot, 6.2 miles to Wallingford. Regular X40 buses to oxford city centre every 20-30 minutes, taking appx 40 minutes. Same regularity X40 buses to Wallingford, taking appx 20 minutes. Number 45 buses to Abingdon and Culham Campus. Short walk to Vera Wilson Park & Garden.

Local facilities: News agent, Coop, post office, GP, dentist, pharmacist, fish & chip shop and leisure centre.

Double room is furnished and includes a very large double bed that can convert into a single bed or sofa (see pictures). Lots of storage space, including recess wall closet, bed drawers, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. 32 inch HD smart Television included. Reasonable changes or additions to the room will be considered on request.

Tested 300Mbits internet. Spacious new upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, large kitchen and medium garden including decking and lawn. On street parking available. Spacious shared living room.

Shared fully furnished office room. Can be used for WFH with potential charge for extra energy use. Otherwise energy, water, internet, and council tax bills are included.

I'm an electrical engineer, so I'm at work throughout the week. I would be a live in landlord. So I would expect priority use of office and living room. Application would be through video call or in person. This will be our chance to see if we're a good fit.

Looking for a single lodger (no couples): respectful, considerate, sociable, speaks fluent English. Must have confirmed good credit, no criminal history, good references, with the right to rent in the UK.

Would consider full time or working week for proportional rent.
