A double room is available in a large, clean, new build home situated in the quiet village of Upper Heyford.

ROOM FOR RENT (£675 pcm):
Room on 1st floor of house, includes a king size bed and storage.

THE HOME:
A 4-bed detached house, where the tenants are free to make use of its ground floor kitchen/dining toom/living room, 1st floor living room (with large TV including Netflix), office and garden. The kitchen has all typical amenities including double oven, microwave, dishwater and combined washer/dryer, fridge & freezer. The house overlooks a cricket green that will soon become the village centre with shops/restaurants. There is a large family bathroom with shower/bath/sink/toilet in addition to a ground floor toilet/sink. There is also lots of extra storage around the house, which I’m flexible for the tenants to use if needed.

PARKING:
The house has a driveway long enough for ~3 cars. There is also plenty of free parking on the street.

LOCATION:
Situated approximately 10 minutes from Bicester (~5 miles) and 20 minutes from Oxford (~12 miles). A bus stop is a 2 min walk away, with the 250 service running between Oxford and Bicester, operating ~once/hour. Upper Heyford also has a train station (~2 miles away). **Ideally you need a car to live here.** A Sainsbury's Local has recently opened in the village which is a 2 minute walk from the house.

BILLS:
The rent includes all bills; electric, gas, water, council tax and fibre optic broadband (120MB/S). It’s expected that you will clean your room and do your share of the communal areas of the house. If you would prefer not to do your own/shared cleaning, I’m happy to arrange for a weekly cleaner at an additional charge.

ABOUT ME:
I’m a friendly, easy going professional. I am a university lecturer, with my time split between Cambridge and home (Heyford). I will be a live in landlord, normally spending weekdays away for work.

ABOUT YOU:
As I will be spending quite a lot of time away from home, I’m looking for a trustworthy, responsible, respectful tenant. Ideally, I’m looking for a professional, non-smoker, who is clean and tidy.
