House has everything: Widescreen TV with 20Mb broadband Wi-Fi (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky+HD). Fully equipped kitchen - 2 freezers, 2 fridges, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and plenty of cupboard space.

The bathroom has a filtered shower so chlorine and other metals are filtered from the mains water supply, making it like showering in Evian!

There is a basic free-weight gym in the garage. Quiet residential area 2 mins walk from shops, 8 mins from centre, close to train station.

All bills, council tax and shared items included. Nothing more to pay at all, for any reason. The rent covers the cost of a weekly cleaner for communal areas - so no chores or scrubbing required either!

I have a quiet, friendly dog who lives in the house who isn't any bother to anyone.

NO SMOKERS, no (additional) PETS, NO COUPLES, NO CHILDREN and NO DSS (sorry!).

Visitors to the UK very welcome, as well as UK residents resettling in the Bicester area.

Within the house you can be as social or as private as you want.

This is a proper house though and not some sort of nasty student dive, so you will be very comfortable here.
