Looking for a female lodger for short term (duration to be discussed).

This modern 3 bed house is located in Kingsmere less than 10 minutes walk from Bicester Village and just around the corner from Coop, Domino's, M&S, Boots, Next, Gym etc yet on a quiet road.

Bus stops to town: 2 mins walk
Bus stop to Oxford: 5 mins walk

Shared use of kitchen, dining room and garden.

Kitchen: stylish and well equipped - you will have your own cupboard and fridge-freezer.

Bedroom: decent size double bedroom. Fully furnished with double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and dressing table with mirror and stool.

Bathroom: sole use of family bathroom. Shower over bath. No queueing.

All bills and super fast broadband are included in the rent.

Only my partner and I are living in the house with 2 adorable indoor cats and we're looking for a clean, quiet female individual on a short term basis (duration to be discussed).
