You will also have use of the lounge area where you will find two sofas, a TV and a coffee table. There are two communal bathrooms upstairs as well as a communal W/C downstairs. All crockery and cooking equipment is included and the communal areas are cleaned twice a month! You will have access to the conservatory and rear garden. Parking available on the driveway for two cars plus on-street parking near the property.
