We are two full-time professionals living in a four-bedroom house looking to share with someone who is fastidiously tidy, professional and enjoys conversation and respectful independence.

Within walking distance to everything you need in Bicester; including the famous Bicester Village shopping centre, golf clubs, play parks, pubs, high street shopping, social clubs, sports facilities and brand new primary and secondary schools.

Just around the corner are local shops, Domino's (yay!), David Lloyd’s and PureGym (because Domino's, right?), Boots, M&S, Nike, community centre, secondary school as well as outdoor gym, sports fields and running/cycling track. Bicester Village Designer stores are 10 minutes walk as is the Tesco superstore, McDonalds and Starbucks.

Only 3 minutes away by car is the M40 junction 9 (halfway between Birmingham and London). and A34 into Oxford (20 mins). Nearby Bicester Village rail station (20 min walk) has trains running to Oxford (13 mins), London Marylebone (44 mins) and Birmingham. Direct bus links close by go to Oxford city centre, JR Hospital and Milton Keynes.

**Please note: we are not seeking couples, however we will consider your circumstances. Any agreement for a couple will attract an additional rental cost of £250 pcm to cover bills and appliance usage, and general wear and tear.**
