The three bed house (two double and one single) has already a male occupant in the single room who works full time and has been living in the property for over 2 year. The other double room is occupied by a young lad who also works full time and has been living in the property for over a year. The double room is now available as the lady who uses to live there has moved to Milton Keynes. This is a nice clean fully equipped house with kitchen, wash machine, tambour dryer and all amenities needed. Available now.

Shared facilities:

The bathroom which is shared only with the two other existing occupant. Toilet and Kitchen have been completely brand new renovated with new flooring, tiles and cupboards. All kitchen appliances are available to use (crockery, cutlery, microwave, cooker, kettles, etc) however, cleanliness must be observed at all time by users. Washing machine and tambour drier available. Broadband and all bills included.

PLEASE NOTE:
*The minim required stay is 3 full calendar months. Iif for some reason you leave before, your deposit will be paid back to you at the end of the 3 months contract.
*Visitor are restricted and notice must be given prior to any visitor come in.
*Although there are car park space this is already been used by someone else, so no car park available atm.
