Furnished large double bedroom

Hello, my name is Vanessa and I have one room to let at my house in Heyford Park, Bicester. I’m 30 years old and currently live with two housemates who I met through Spareroom, and we are all such good friends now. One will be leaving early October, so we are looking for another sociable young female professional to join us.

My house is a three bedroom, three storey new build in the lovely modern village of Heyford Park, which is around 10 minutes to Bicester and 30 minutes to Oxford by car. There is also a small train station in Lower Heyford that is on the Banbury/ Oxford/ Didcot line. The village has a bar, restaurant and two-lane bowling alley, as well as local amenities including a shop, pharmacy, dentist etc.

The room I have available is a very well-proportioned double room (5.4m x 2.6m) on the top floor, with two large south-facing windows. The middle-floor bathroom is exclusively for the two lodgers to use, as guests will use the downstairs cloakroom. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobes, desk, chair, bedside table, lamp and mirror. I have one parking space on my driveway available for both lodgers to share, as well as additional off-road parking nearby.

The communal areas include a large kitchen/ diner downstairs, a bright lounge on the middle floor and a sociable garden with views of lovely mature trees.

I mostly work from home. I'm looking for someone fun, clean and friendly, who is keen for a sociable household. We have become good friends with another house on our street where three young professionals also live and we regularly meet for local quizzes, drinks out, film nights etc..
