Double Room - 2 mins walk from Bicester Shops

Double room to rent in two bedroom house sharing in great central Bicester location. Just 2 minutes walk away from the shops but still nice and quiet.

There are two bedrooms in our house, an open plan lounge and kitchen with double doors opening out to garden with a nice tropical feel, decking, grass, pretty lights, hanging seat, sofa, table etc. Its super nice in summer.

There are two parking spots, one for me and one for you on the drive if you have a car. If not then its very well positioned for the main bus stops which are a 5 minute walk, with Bicester North Station a similar distance. I used to commute to London and with a fast walk can make it in 5 but probably better to allow ten :)

Bicester Village is approximately a 20 minute walk at a relaxed pace.

The house is pretty modern, and hopefully a pleasant place to be.

The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, small desk/shelf and double bed. Also has a smart tv on the wall. We could swap the drawers for a small wardrobe if preferred or might be able to move the desk to accommodate more storage.

You would be sharing with me the owner, my 3 year old cockapoo Poppy and two young cats George and Rose. So it is pretty important that you are an animal lover as they are very friendly.

Obviously as you'll only be sharing with me, it is important that we are a good fit. I am a 45 year old divorced professional currently working from home. Home is a pretty chilled and quiet place on the whole. We enjoy watching movies, go to the gym and have a beer or two on a weekend. Politically we are left leaning, LGBT friendly, vaccinated and believe in kindness. Happy to share with a male or female, but it is really important that we find the right fit, so please don't be offended if I am quite selective. Previous flatmate is happy to tell you what it is like living here.

Bills will be included but obviously given crazy utility prices and the environment would expect 'reasonable' usage..
