I have a fully furnished modern double room available on the top floor i. e. no noise from above. The room contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers, study desk and chair.

There is a communal open plan kitchen and living area to cook and socialise downstairs. We've constantly relaxing here as a household.

The house is located on the popular Kingsmere Estate that has a Coop, fish and chips and Dominos all within a 5 minute walk. Bicester Shopping Park has a M&S, asian restaurant, gym, Boots and Nike store within a 10 minute walk and Bicester Village is within a 15 minute walk.

All bills are included and the Internet is Fibre 2 broadband that is very fast for all your needs.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, polite and will be a good fit for me and the couple living here.
